UNIFORM CODE

ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH THIS CODE

TOPS

School polo shirt. Students will be issued with 2 shirts which must be returned at the end of their stay .If not returned parents/carers may incur a charge of £8.00 During cold weather students will be supplied with a sweatshirt which they should wear in school.

TROUSERS AND SKIRTS

Black school trousers or skirt (respectable length)

FOOTWEAR

Flat black shoes or trainers.

HEADWEAR

No hats of any description to be worn in school. No Bandanas. Hair bands may be worn.

COATS

Jackets and coats must only be worn as an outer layer and are not to be worn inside the school building or classroom. Hooded sweaters are not allowed.

JEWELLERY

No jewellery should be worn except simple stud earrings.

GENERAL

Staff will comment if they feel your clothing is unsuitable for a place of learning. Final decisions about the suitability of clothing will be with the Headteacher.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

All students must hand in any headwear, coats and personal belongings (mobile phones, keys, money, cigarettes etc.) to staff on arrival. These will be securely locked away and returned to the student at the end of the day.
